　　本片由徐增宏导演，主要演员包括六、七十年代著名侠女井莉、性格演员罗烈、导而优则演的午马及刘家良。故事描述，俞剑平（田丰）以独门武器「十二金钱鏢」威震江湖，所主持的鏢局更无人敢窥视，但手下乔茂（罗烈）一次押鏢途中，竟遇女贼袁玉蓉（井莉），两人交锋，乔本有机可乘，举刀要杀之际，却被袁的美丽媚态所吸引，杀不下手，被她脱去，时有一老者（房勉）出现指挥，并与乔交锋，乔不敌，被老者飞刀活生生钉在树上，后来乔与袁竟互生爱慕。原来老者与俞剑平曾為同门师兄弟，但今次却為报仇而来……
